Healthy at any age

Every year, more than 4 billion pounds of chemical compounds are released into the environment. Although the body is designed to naturally process and excrete these elements, an abundance of environmental agents, combined with a poor diet and nutrition, can lead to an overburdened system.

Detoxification

What is Metabolic Detoxification?

It is the provision of advanced, targeted nutrition to support the elimination of unwanted chemicals from the body. We have a natural bodily process that consists of three major detoxification pathways:

Phase I — functionalization

Phase II — conjugation

Phase III — antiporter activity

By using a metabolic detoxification product, toxic compounds can undergo a transformation that allows them to become water-soluble and therefore be excreted by the body.

When to consider metabolic detoxification

You may want to consider metabolic detoxification if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

• Difficulty concentrating

• Mood swings

• Lack of energy

• Trouble sleeping

• Tiredness

• Bloating

• Digestive discomfort

• Live or work around environmental pollutants

How long does it take to detox?

Ultimately, the goal is to enhance the body’s natural metabolic detoxification process, providing energy and support for overall wellbeing.

Many people benefit from completing a 10-day metabolic detoxification program, which can be done once or multiple times throughout the year. It is beneficial for an occasional “spring cleaning” or for someone who just feels like they need a reset. This may also benefit you if you score below 50 on the MSQ. We often use the 10-day program as a tool to get someone’s feet wet when they may need a longer detox but are unsure how they will handle the process.

We also offer a 28-day program, which is a more comprehensive approach to metabolic detoxification. This program can be performed 1-2 times per year and is beneficial when there is a significant decrease in vitality, a highly processed diet or nutritionally deficient diet, a significantly sedentary lifestyle, or a high-stress lifestyle. This may also benefit you if you score higher than 50 on the MSQ.
